  • Object to any unfavorable outcome arising from automated data processing,
  • Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can exercise these rights by submitting a written request to the Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.

8. Updates and Amendments

Atak Elektromekanik reserves the right to update and amend this Information Notice when necessary.
Any changes will take effect upon publication on our website.
